Return Policy

Speedy Refunds:
- We'll process your refund right away, within 30 days at the absolute
  most. Your refund will be in the same form of payment as your
  original purchase (i.e. check, chargeback, etc.)
- Equal the "total unit price" of the items printed on your packing slip.
- Exclude shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping error).

Unfortunately, these types of items are not returnable unless we made a error in your order, or in shipping.
- Any opened software, CDs, CD-ROMS, DVDs and videos.
- Any opened solvents or hazardous materials.

How It Works:
The instructions below are designed to expedite the return or your merchandise. Each of the steps below must be followed in order for www.aonedoor.com to provide you with a satisfactory experience.

Returns by Mail:
- Place the item securely in the original package, keeping items
  separate.
- Include all paperwork, parts and accessories.
- Fill out the bottom of the packing slip, including the reason for your
  return, and put it in the package.
- Put the return address label from the packing slip over your original
  shipping address on the package.
- Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
- Please don't send C.O.D. -- we won't accept any C.O.D. returns..
